Return and cancellation policy
Are you not satisfied with your order?
We want to know how we can improve!
You can return your order within 14 days of receipt, unused, or send us a photo showing that the product is defective. We will verify the photo and in most cases we can resolve your issue without a refund. We ensure that your money will be refunded to your account within five business days of receiving your order, or we will verify a photo through our customer service.
Important: Beauty products and items purchased during sales or other discounts cannot be returned.
Return by mail
You have up to 14 days after receiving your order to exchange a product for a different size/color or request a refund if it has been delivered to a parcel center near you.
First, you need to contact us via email to get the return address. Since we have different distribution centers, we need to determine which center your package originated from based on the reason for the return.
Pack the product as securely as possible in the original packaging and enclose a note with your order number. As the sender, you are responsible for the return shipment. Therefore, you should always ask DHL for a tracking code when you return the package. Once you have sent the package, please contact us via info@nordgoods.store if you want a refund or a different size/color.
Note: Our headquarters is located in China. Please note that you will need to send your package to our supplier (located in Asia) when returning the product.
Go to the nearest parcel center (post office or parcel shop) and return your package.
When the product arrives at our warehouse, the size/color will be adjusted as soon as possible or a refund will be arranged.
Cancellation of orders
To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@nordgoods.store . If you cancel your purchase within 24 hours, we can unconditionally refund your money. Otherwise, the goods must be returned to us as soon as they arrive to you.
Shipping costs
It is the customer's responsibility to pay any shipping costs incurred when returning a product. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for your purchase, the shipping costs will be deducted.
The time it takes to get your exchanged product to you depends largely on where you are located.
